- Track current state based on physical device ID and restore it when reloading configuration even if the screen bounds changed (e.g. when a game changes screen resolution). Note that you should enable "Automatically reload screen layout when physical display configuration changes" on the Blanking tab for optimal use of this feature.
- Fix issue where blankers get "orphaned" from the monitor icons in the main window and can't be closed that way
