Release notes for this version
- Fixed selection for layers that are not at 0,0

- Crash when editing
- New Brush now correctly generates Obsidian format brush
- Saving new brush ensures properties dialog shown at least once
- Dimensions display
Fixed blending mode for Custom Brush - needs to always blend even if in "overwrite" mode
Fixed document recovery default setting to 5 minutes instead of 300 minutes
Fixed security issue in web UI (only present in 3.1.6 and it's a nightly, don't say I didn't warn you)
Fixed web view hang due to request limit
Crop and Fit: implemented all operations and made entire dialog scriptable. "Crop Active Layer to Canvas" is still broken, maybe others.
Title bar now displays document title if set (for brush or NPSD)
Fixed "Untitled (0)" I think?

A lot of drawing operations were missed from undo entirely (bucket fill for example). These correctly generate undo step now.

Fixed undo step when setting canvas size on multi-layer image and background is not the active layer
Fixed Place Selection undo, now correctly saves the image BEFORE selection was taken out of it
Added a fancy new drag and drop UI to replace the popup
Allow dragged image to be added as new layer
Fixed DPI scaling for Color Picker OK/Cancel buttons
Slight update to Help icon, made it a little lighter to be closer to others
Added image file loader to Properties dialog
